This is the accelerometer module issue. It's either not seated properly, or faulty. I would try pushing it in all the way, securing the screws and recalibrating the forward vector again. If it still doesn't calibrate I would start accelerating a bit harder and I would reorient the EGS so the accelerometer vector orientation is changed. This should help calibrate it. If all this fails then we need to replace the accelerometer module. Thanks.
