PASS starts up fine, but I can't use it. I can open an existing file, but not work with it. I can't download any new runs either - can't access any of the menu items. The program flashes everyime that I click it. Also, compatibility mode/run as admin does not help.
He found a solution to the problem: Use "XP Mode" from Microsoft (Windows 7 Professional and up required). Under "XP Mode" > TOOLS > OPTIONS > ENABLE "COM1".
